(1) The income-expenditure account of the fund will be kept according to the format adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The council shall conduct an internal audit of the accounts of the fund in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) The final audit of the fund's income and expenditure will be done by the Auditor General.
